A research on the time after Loya Jirga, What happened to BSA and What is the current situation of Afghanistan after Loya Jirga! I will start my research on the meaning of Jirga, Valve and importance of Jirga in Afghanistan. Jirga means in local language a negotiation between two parties on conflict Or issue, a third person announce the decision after listening both parties comments, In our Afghan society, it is normal and like kind of Sharia fellow up in a society. Islam saying, sit and discuss but not fight, the same Jirga is afghan culture type which bring peace and solution for a matter. It give us respect and disciplines in a society. There fore Afghan government also following the tradition of Afghani culture and when ever an issue which is in favor Or not in favor in policy of Afghanistan so calling Jirga, Now which kind of participants doing contribution in this Jirga which is on level of a country and president of a country asking for Jirga. The elders from villages, district, Provinces, youths and civil society runners in Afghanistan who have respect, key role in his area. In past history of Afghanistan, such kind of Jirga was called for time kings and last democratic government`s president, In this government of Karzai did the same. While here Jirga used for some personal issue of the president and tried to world community that it is the decisions which is not in my hand so Jirga has to take decisions on this topic, In the back of this politics of Karzai, Possibility were: 1- Possible to convince USA that to support his brother Qayoum Karzai in coming 2014 Election and give a key role to Karzai in his government, which means, No chair but President label on his family for next some years in Kandahar. 2- In his ending period of his kingdom, Karzai wake up from sleeping of corruption, become full from dollars through his links, and want to leave a history in Afghanistan. 3- Is he using his intelligence mind technique to his neighbor countries that I am not in favor of BSA and USA has to accept the points which is made in his mind but label it as Jirga decisions that these 03 points should be accepted because Pakistan and Iran is not in favor of US bases in Afghanistan. Now the Jirga of Afghanistan said, the BSA should be sign for Afghanistan, It will help our defense system which our new recruited army will gain knowledge and well discipline trained army for Afghanistan, now the decision of Jirga become a football match between US government and Afghanistan. What is the result coming out from this football match for Afghanistan: A: Taliban again become active and their attacking operation increased in Afghanistan. B: Everyone in government position, is in collection of money, in worry that I will be minister/Director/Governor in future government Or not. C: The economy of Afghanistan decreased, D: A worry on Afghan business man and did collection of those money which they invested in Afghanistan and took it in their bags to Dubie and foreign countries. E: Properties, Local Bazar for those low economy business man become a issue and no market. F: Ministry of treasury of Afghanistan tried to cover his financial status of government, raised the tax`s on those Afghan businessman who willing to support Afghan government and local people, a kind of involvement in his current life for his family income in Afghanistan. G: Why, treasury ministry did this, become in last president election 2009, there were a lot of black money from Iran (Pasban/Euro), USA (CIA/Dollar), Pakistan (ISI/Kaldar) so there was no attention that how to established the future and can handle future problems which is like now and how there a gap come in promised money in the conferences of London, Tokyo because the big Boss (USA) is unhappy from Karzai for not signing the BSA. Now 2014 election is coming, Karzai should have his brother Qayoum Karzai in 2014 as president, a solution from ministry of finance come in their mind, which is raise the prices and taxes on AISA license, this money will help the election campaign, give the name that we recovering the budget. 62 millions stolen in Mazar-e-Sharief, still unknown, who took it like take the responsibility. H: Those investors from defense ministry of America and USAID funded projects in Afghanistan, they took out their hands from invested area for not signing of BSA. Why BSA is important for Afghanistan, Why too much force on it, Should be sign as per my own opinion: BSA means a security agreement, now if i go to BSA, I want to give a short brief of its rule in Afghanistan: After 23 decade of War in Afghanistan on a different name, defeating Russia, Or Capturing the power, Or Finishing internal conflict on Power, Taliblism government so such fighting become a disease for Afghanistan and Afghanistan lost everything which he had, like reconstruction, defense system of Afghanistan, economy of Afghanistan, Name value of Afghanistan in the world become zero, due to war between two super power countries USA and Russia for their own benefit in the region. Now, again the power which use Afghanistan as a weapon against his enemy, A proverb in elders, YOU SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE, TRY TO SOLVE IT. As per this proverb, USA saying that we are responsible for this mistake that we leave Afghanistan after our mission completion and Afghanistan become like this. Now, Why President not using his mind, If you have engineer, but his technology is 1950, If you have Doctor, his education is 1950, my purpose of this saying is not to insult someone while trying to say that we enter to 20 century, which is the computer talking to you, A century which computer saying, I am solving, while it is also man made Or invention. In such challenging environment which our youth still out of books, computers, and more important, we dont have still a Jet Plane which can down the enemies plan from entering into the territory of a country, even we are not able to stand in the neighbor countries in the sector of development. In these past years Afghanistan did a little step progress but stop it. Therefore, a chance come to us, a person is present in Afghanistan who was responsible in destruction of Afghanistan. USA is here and accepting that it was our fault and we trying to recover it again on diplomatic way. it means a chance to us, to cover the civil administration on talented and educated ministers, not like current one, which 65% of development budget coming back to ministry of treasury. We have to prepared a strategic and best economy plan for USA that you have to do it. Our army is still out of Air defense system, tried to bring the high percentage of corruption into 30%, take money to your pocket like 10 Afghani you took, so give 7 Afghani to treasury and 3 Afghani into your pocket. not a big problem. Prepare a well business policy for your traders and low investors in Afghanistan. It needs a back up and this BSA will give us more chances in achievements of that goals and no one will use us again. Now it is globalization period, Afghanistan has the rights to stand as a peaceful and developed country where there is no chance come to our people in neighbor and foreign countries as calling them Mahajeyr, Khabeyes, a terrorist. A foreigner will never build your house until you took your step and realize as responsible. Our political parties`s foreign policy should be as unity and what ever is happening inside your country, should be as a positive mind answer and figure out personality. Now when will be BSA sign and why it postponed, why make it as political football, why trying to damage the established economy of Afghanistan by not signing the BSA.
