A review Im floating on today (thanks, Shari!): This was my first attempt at (on purpose) gluten free baking. To be honest my expectations were quite low – not because of the recipe itself, but because 99% of gluten free pastries/breads/etc I’ve had in the past have tasted like cardboard. I am pleased to say that I found this recipe, and your other banana bread recipe using just coconut flour, to be delicious! Like some of the other reviews have said, I can’t believe I used to bake banana bread with heaps of sugar. Never again!
