A short clip of my youngest daughter Shayla lifting on the bottom at Cheerleading practice for Nassau Community College! She & her Cheerleading team from Douglas MacArthur HS came in 8th place in the country at The National Cheerleading Competition in Orlando, Florida this past spring! It Amazes me what she can do! Her strength is Unbelievable! Shes a very dedicated fitness enthusiast & Im EXTREMELY proud of her! :) ~ V
