A special holiday message from CCX: As our nation celebrates its 238th year of independence, were glad to pause for a moment and consider just how far this country has come, and how far we have left to go. This great country was founded on cannabis products (just ask the Declaration and the Constitution) and despite more than 70 years of repression and prohibition, cannabis is once again influencing the public discourse and having a dramatic effect our nations economy. Todays cannabis industry pioneers are modern day Sons of Liberty, fighting injustice and outdated notions of the central governments role in regulating personal freedoms. When you get right down to it, cannabis is as American as baseball and apple pie. Thankfully, we live in an era in which the right to cultivate, process, possess, and use cannabis is on the rise. With your help, there will soon be a day where every American has the freedom to use cannabis the way the Founding Fathers intended. That my friends, will be an Independence Day indeed.
