A special note from Beni, Administrator @ The biggest fight of our lives: chronic condition and chronic pain.: On Monday, the 15th, I will turn 38. I remember, like yesterday, the party that my friends threw for me on my 30th birthday! Here, eight years later, it is sort of unbelievable how time has flown by. But in those eight years since my last party, I have grown. I have learned. I have matured. I have accepted my battles, trials & triumphs. I have learned from, accepted, defeated & turned away from the temptations that seem to arise here & there. I am no longer afraid of what is to come! I have accepted what has happened in my life (and to be truthful, would never wish to relive my life in any other way)! In 2014 I have been very #grateful, #honored, & #blessed by this community (page)! I have learned so much more about the people who are members here! I have learned about other peoples sacrifices, troubles, temptations, losses, fights, health conditions, what they have been through...in the end, I have learned & heard so much about varying stories of ones life & how each one of our lives are led! On December 1st, I made a goal for our community to reach 6,500 members. We are 6,196-STRONG right now. Before 2014 comes to a close I am positive & convinced we will meet the second goal of having 7,000 members in our community! So I ask that everyone continues to share our page on your social sites, blogs, pass the page around to family members, friends, neighbors, classmates, co-workers, community leaders, etc. Even with the evil, the demonic behaviors & the terror that is happening in our WORLD today, I am still happy yet saddened. I am forever blessed but still! I am because we are in over 54 countries! Obviously, this is a major impact WORLDWIDE! We are in countries where persecution is occurring, where our brothers & sisters are being murdered, the children, the women & the elderly are being terrorized & victimized by the evil forces of some. We are in countries where civil wars exist, where certain members of their society are being chased & cornered on mountain tops. Terrorists are standing behind their religion as a plausible & sane reason for what they are doing, even though the entire world knows what they are doing is #insane, #inhumane & not a representative of the respected religion they are trying to stand behind. These terrorist groups are not #Islam! As a #Christian I know Islam is also a religion of #peace. I have tons of Muslim friends who are #sickened & #afraid of what is happening in OUR WORLD today in the name of their religion. My friends are scared to profess who they are as a human being. They are scared to profess their faith because of what is occurring. The terrorists dont represent the values & respect for lives that Shiites & Sunnis want & live for. They dont represent what #Christians or what #Yazidis want in their lives! This year remember what is taking place in our WORLD & pray for a positive & peaceful outcome! No matter what religion you are, we must stand AS ONE & denounce the violence that has erupted all over this world-especially in North Africa (#Libya) & in the Middle East (#Syria, #Iraq, #Egypt, #Yemen, #Jordan, #Turkey & #Irans brutal backing of terrorists in other areas of the WORLD) & in the Gulf (#SaudiArabia, #Oman, #Emirates, #Bahrain, #Kuwait, #Qatar)! Some of Americans greatest allies are some of these very specific countries! A peaceful end is on the horizon, I have no doubt about it! It is just when will it happen? How much more can people abroad handle this type of cruelty? Please continue to pray & allow us all to join together this holiday season in keeping those being victimized & enslaved in our thoughts! Remember to keep our armed forces men & women, our allies who are aiding us in this fight (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain on & on) in our prayers & thanks as well!
