A star is born ! Meet Jenna Tarrel, the youngest member of the Nova Scotia Harp Ring who was the surprise guest harpist today at the Master Class presented by harpist Kristan Toczko. This very talented youngster plays fearlessly with wonderful attitude and no inhibition. She is a real source of pride to her very supportive parents and to her teacher, Katherine Fitch Loza. Sometimes her lesson follows mine and Jenna is so happy to see Katherine and begin she literally bursts into the room full of smiles and energy. A real treat to hear perform and a perfect example of the merits of starting children on the path of music study at a young age. She absolutely loves her beautiful little harp.
