A stolen moped led Warsaw Police to a meth lab and a wanted felon who barricaded himself inside a local hotel. Warsaw Police took 21-year-old Jeffery Owsley, of Warsaw, into custody and charged him with two felonies: dealing methamphetamine, and possession of precursors to the manufacture of meth. During the arrest, an informant told police that a wanted felon, 31-year-old Charles Dove, had taken a handgun from the room and had gone upstairs.
