A successful event made possible by parents, coaches and players. Last years event drew in a total of 370 cars. This time round a total of 520 cars came through our gates. Wasps could not have hosted an event of this scale, shattering every record previously achieved, without the dedication and help from the entire Wasps family. Thank you to all those involved in making the event the event a success. Over 620 boys played on our fields, making this event the largest ever hosted by Wasps. The ladies ruled the tuck shop brilliantly, a big thank you is extended to them for their time, sense of community and effort. The braai masters were indeed exactly that, masters. Well coordinated with perfect execution. Thank you to all parents. Our gratitude is extended to Edenvale High School for the efforts they underwent in preparation for the event and the fine sponsors that jumped in to assist by donating the various goods to sell and auction. Your efforts are truly appreciated. The coaches must be praised for their coordination, dedication, determination and commitment, thank you. The clubs that attended the event have praised Wasps coaches, parents and players. A truly reputable and commendable family effort. To all those who helped with the event in every way, a big Thank You for all your efforts. Lastly and most importantly we wish to praise the Wasps boys, you played with heart, maintained discipline and displayed incredible courage resulting in spectacular rugby. You have earned your stripes. Both parents and coaches alike are very proud. Go Wasps!
