A tragedy that I meet very frequently .. Primary infertility 6 years.. HSG reveals obvious uterine septum.. She consulted many gynecologists whom confirmed that she can go into ICSI trial with that septum ! Amazingly, she was informed that such septum will never affect results of IVF ! She was subjected to four times ICSI trials and all FAILED ! Just imagine the cost of 4 ICSI trial ! I saw her yesterday at my office. I upload this short testimony of the case to raise awareness upon essential aspects in management of infertile women.. I can not find the words of sorrow and feeling pity for such patient. She was subjected to financial and medical humiliation.. An abuse which is never accepted neither explainable.. Please give it consideration..
