A tribute to LRH the man who gave us the Tech. Now its time to keep it going. Without an organisation and LIVE BEINGS IN IT nothing will happen. I am starting a full discussion on the Org Board of Scientolgy which, I believe, is the vehicle which will lead us to our long pursued goal: a united Indie Field, well organised which can yield products of Standard Tech all around the globe with impeccable organisation. To LRH!!! (just a short introduction from the Lecture Org Board and Livingness. MY COMMENTS IN PARENTHESES AND CAPITALS) 6504C06 SHSpec-57 The Org Board and Livingness [Reference: HCOPL 3Apr65. Not available in OEC volumes.] HCOPL 3Apr65 gives basic organization in detail. The present org board is an old Galactic Civilization board with a couple of departments missing. The org board is a philosophical machine. (LRH SAYS A PHILOSOPHICAL MACHINE. I HAVE TRIED THE ORG BOARD AT THE CENTRAL FILES OF ASHO DAY AND F, AND I CAN ATTEST THAT IT WORKED FOR THAT PROJECT AND YIELDED 200 VOLUNTEERS. WHEN AN INT MISSION UNDER JOHN AXEL CAME TO PLACE THEY PUT 300 VOLUNTEERS CONTINUING MY ACTIONS ON THE ORG BOARD. JUST THAT). A command chart covers only one aspect of organizational functioning. A true org board must take care of what happens. If a function is not expressed on the org board, it will be worn by everybody, unknowingly. When you put a box on an org board, it will be filled. Men cannot work as a team without policy. Even bad policy will at least make a team, if it is followed. Policy is the extant agreement of the group. Without this agreement, you only get individual action. (THE WEAK POINT IN THE INDEPENDENT FIELD IS THAT INDIVIDUALS STARTED AGAIN TO BE INDIVIDUATING. THE TERM INDEPENDENT, GIVEN BY MARTY RATHBUN WHO IS NO LONGER A SCIENTOLOGIST, WAS COINED TO DENOTE THOSE WHO HAVE LEFT THE CHURCH BUT STILL ABIDE BY LRH TECH AND POLICY. THE WEAK POINT IS POLICY PER WHAT I HAVE SEEN. IF THERE WAS A DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS ALONE, MANNED UP BY 20 PEOPLE WHO WOULD START WRITING TO INDIES AND DELIVERING A CERTAIN MESSAGE, A RESURGENCE IN THE GROUP WOULD OCCUR. JUST THROUGH DEPT. 2 COMMUNICATIONS. ITS BEEN SOME TIME WE ALL HAD OUR WINS. BUT OUR 3-D IS FALLING APART DUE TO DISTANCE AND MAINLY DUE TO LACK OF PROPER ADMIN. THIS LECTURE BY LRH GIVES US THE TOOL TO UNDO THIS SITUATION. AS I SAID JUST AN ORG BOARD OF A DEPT 2 ALONE COULD PERFORM MIRACLES IN THE INDIE FIELD. BUT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE A DISCIPLINED DEPARTMENT. NOT JUST RANDOM MESSAGES GOING OUT BUT ONE MESSAGE AT A TIME AND IN VOLUME TO MANY INDIES TO CREATE AN EFFECT.) If an organization is better organized than other organizations, it wouldn’t have to do anything spectacular about the other organizations [by way of competing with them or battling with them]. Every war traces back to wild out-policy. (IN THE INDIE FIELD THERE IS OUT-POLICY, AND NOT, I REPEAT NOT OUT TECH NECESSARILY). If we come up the line as people, as individuals, and also as part of the team, we won’t get into all the trouble we got into as roarin’, screamin’ individuals, ‘way back on the track. We will be able to make it all the way, because we will be able to keep order all the way. (WE HAVE COME UP THE LINE AS PEOPLE, AS INDIVIDUALS, I KNOW SO MANY WONDERFUL PEOPLE BEING AROUND. NOW ITS TIME WE LEARNT HOW TO KEEP ON BEING TEAM MEMBERS DESPITE THE 3-D ENGRAM DELIBERATELY LAID IN BY THE SUPPRESSIVES. THIS ORG BAORD AND POLICY IS OUR WAY OUT). Case stability depends upon the smooth organization of individuals. Without an organization, the tech would drop out, in time. (DO I HAVE TO REPEAT THAT? JUST READ IT ONCE AGAIN. THE TECH WOULD DROP OUT, IN TIME. THIS IS WHATS HAPPENING AND THIS IS THE WHY. WE GOT TO TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN AND THE WAY IS TO ORGANISE. THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE INDIE FIELD.) The organization must be close to flawless. Once you have put the organization in concrete and started it rolling, if it is almost right, you have had it, because it will become an all-devouring monster, and it will fail by the germs of its own destruction. And what destroys almost any organization is its own germs. It’s the things it laid in. It’s the things you did, not the things that were done to you. The only way you can come down is for having made a mistake yourself. There must always be that prior mistake. Sometimes it is very slight and unpredictable, apparently. When a curve goes down, there are lots of errors. There is no one major error. You must have understandings, not understanding. (THE CHURCH HAS APPLIED THE ORG BOARD IN A SUPPRESSIVE, FULL OF FLAWS WAY. WE GOT TO START LEARNING THE ORG BOARD BEFORE WE CAN HAVE A FLAWLESS ONE. ITS A PHILOSOPHICAL MACHINE. THIS TAPE IS A MAJOR TOOL FOR UNDERSTANDING IT AND THEN USING IT IN A HIGHLY PROSURVIVAL WAY WHICH IS THE PURPOSE OF IT). There are 265 x 6 separate dynamic urges in Man and 265 x 6 x 18 separate causations. There was an effort to make them so numerous that no one could embrace them. [Actual GPM’s?] (AMAZING?
