A tribute to a wonderful camp site. BALULE, just a stone throw from Oliphants. But a camp site is bugger all without the people and in this case the person who drives it. TITUS, the CHIEF of BALULE. Yes Titus has been there for 24 years. And this incredible man takes huge pride in his BALULE. In the morning he has his working cloths on as he goes from camp site to camp site cleaning fire places. Then at about 09h00 he changes into his neet Safari suit, to greet folk at the gate, water gardens, clean the ablutions. In the evenings he lights the hurricane lanterns for the ablutions. Quietly spoken and not easy to draw into conversation, If you go to Balule. Say hi to him, and say you saw his picture with our old camper van JEMIMA herewith. He also won an employee award from the parks. TITUS the man and KING of BALULE. What a gent????
