A true artist paints with their heart and their perception! It was amazing to recently sit on the porch of an historic bed and breakfast with the gulf breeze blowing slightly through my hair, as I sat watching a small coastal town readying itself for a cultural festival. I watched so many people doing their thing and imagined what their lives entailed. What a great way to paint the picture for the new song I was writing! Imagine! Believe! Create! Write! I love having this affliction of being a songwriter...I cant imagine ever waking up and not being able to write songs!!! I recently was honored to work with some of the songwriters from NSAI Gainesville, FL chapter and had a great time coaching, critiquing & listening to some awesome songs!!!
