A two(2)day program Activities of the National Validation Conference on the draft petroleum ( Exploration & Production ) Act and the draft NOCAL act of 2013 had ended. Attending the program were: members of the 53rd National Legislature,Civil society and members of the press. The Validation phase brings all stakeholders together,to look at the final draft of the two(2) bills. they are: 1) The Exploration and Production bill commonly referred to as E & P bill. 2) The National Oil Company of Liberia ( or NOCAL ) bill. The E & P bill deals with issues of natural gas,local content,revenue management among other. Simply,the natural gas components of the bill speaks to explores the building or setting up an infrastructure which could exploit the resources. Liberia is getting better.
