The problems I wish to highlight on are increasing delay/corruption/nexuses in courts. And I also want to highlight its solutions - namely Jury System , Right to Recall judges at all levels, Right to recall District Police Chief, Right to Recall District Public Prosecutor etc etc . Sant Sri Asaram Bapu and his followers have worked hard in tribal\dalit areas. And they are the biggest show stoppers to Missionaries who wish to convert Tribals and Dalits enmasse. It has been no secret that Missionaries and their partners namely MNC-owners have left no stones unturned to malign Asaram Bapu and his followers by paying TV and print mediamen to write all sorts of nonsense and hiding many facts. . Now decision we activists and all citizens need to take is --- should trials in any court, be this case of any of the pending 3 crore cases or crores of cases that would come, be decided by judges or Jurors? The judges are always under pressure from higher judges. And most judges are notorious for nepotism and also nexuses with lawyers, and also nefarious lobbyists. Which is why many countries have Jury System. The so called secular and intellectuals have always held that people in India are stupid and so we should NOT have Jury System, and we should have only judge system. Well, why dont these intellectuals FIRST fix corruption, nepotism and nexuses in Supreme Court judges, High Court judges and lower court judges? All in all, these intellectuals themselves are highly compromised. . Most often , the delay is result of nexuses. Otherwise, how can a simple issue like deltermining age of a person take so long? And why would one insist on depending one certificate and not older certificate and also refuse scientific methods like bone tests? The delays are engineering in most case to harass the accused. And I will explain how Jury System reeduces the mess . If we keep delaying the efforts needed to fix the courts, then rot in courts will keep increasing further and further, And so IMO it is time activists start promoting law-drafts to fix courts in India.
