A typical politician running his mouth, attempting to get attention and accolades for his position. I find his stance abhorrent, but I did get a great amount of pleasure out of how incredibly idiotic he looked. Major props to the reporter for not letting him off the hook. ***** Kwasman later told me he saw the migrant children. I was actually able to see some of the children in the buses. The fear on their faces.... This is not compassion, he said. When you have a rule of law, and a secure border, and citizenship and and immigration and naturalization process that works, you dont see this. Its a very sad, sad state of affairs right now. But there was a problem with Kwasmans story: There was no fear on their faces. Those werent the migrant children in the school bus. Those were children from the Marana school district. They were heading to the YMCAs Triangle Y Camp, not far from the Rite of Passage shelter for the migrants, at the base of Mt. Lemmon.
