A very interesting documentary on the bad thought practices that blamed low fat for our problems when sugar was the cause all along. It also shows quite categorically how bad the sugar industry is but also how good they are at protecting their own interests! The video has information from famous people like Earl Butz, Ansel Keys, John Yudkin and Robert Lustiq and the original version is by Jacques Peretti.
