A very interesting video on Japanese - Chinese relations both past and present, and the undermining question; Will there ever be peace between China and Japan. This interview was hosted by the BBC which is considered to be politically correct. The two representatives of each countries remain calm, although there are some obvious thing to talk about. The Japanese present speaks much better English and seems more friendly, more open, and she tries to subtly say that the Nanjing massacre isnt as black and white as hundreds of Japanese raped Chinese women. The Chinese journalist, a former CCTV presenter (and we all know how corrupt and twisted they are) admits that relations would never really take off between the two countries. Japan is pro western and has adapted its culture and way of life around another culture, both of which are about peace and equality amongst everyone. China is anti-west, communist and everyone is equal, but equally poor. China claims to be 2nd largest economy in the world but with 2/3 population living below poverty. The Japanese presenter points out that there is a lot foo propaganda in China that twists large parts of the truth and makes even currant day Japan to be something it is not.
