A very sad post... but worth sharing if only to say your not alone. Tomorrow is World mental health day. Tomorrow is also the day I say goodbye to my brother, who killed himself this week. He didnt get the help we tried so hard for him to have. He couldnt go through his life living the way he was. I want to remind people how loved they are, even if they feel no one does. Someone out there loves you and wants you alive. Please, if you are struggling with life, get the help and dont stop until you can cope. Talk to your mates and make sure they are ok. Everyone needs an ear and a shoulder sometimes.
