A very warm welcome to all my new followers! Weve hit 4500 followers, amazing stuff!! I started this page to share what I find on my journey to find a way to a healthy and happy life. I dont have all the answers but Im discovering so much from lots of wonderful people - influential health figures, journalists and yes, you! Im a working parent, like many of you, with young children. I am not perfect, my genes gave me high cholesterol, so I have to be super careful with what I eat, forever!
