A video made of Ginger by her foster mom. Please share!! Ginger is a 3 year old Jack Russell Terrier / lab? mix with such a happy soul! At just above 30lbs, she is the perfect size to cuddle on the couch, jump in the car for a road trip or just romp and play in the yard! She knows her basic commands and is working on down as she gets so excited to meet everyone - she absolutely loves her people....she loves jumping up to grab your arm/hand and will stand there holding your hand as long as you allow her. Hard to say no to a face like hers! Ginger is a very smart dog and adapts well to various situations. She appears to be fine with dog-savvy children, but does get excited easily so should be watched around toddlers. Gets along with other dogs, but can be a bit submissive. A fenced yard would be ideal as she loves going outside, running some energy off and watching cars and people go by...hard to get her to come in! Ginger is potty-trained, spayed, microchipped and heartworm negative. She loves belly rubs and is oh-so-gentle when it comes to taking treats (again, perfect for kids!). Although she is on medication to control seizures (medicine is inexpensive!), she hasnt experienced one recently and it seems well controlled.
