A visitor goes to the Western Wall. He sees a man tearing at his beard, banging his head on the wall, shoving messages into the wall, wailing and flailing - he finally breaks off. The visitor approaches him and says, I couldnt help but notice you were very devout to your addressing the wall, the divine. Do you mind if I ask what it is you were praying for? Certainly, I was praying that there would be peace, that there should be mutual love and caring for all the people of this area. And, what do you think? Says the visitor. Uh, its like talking to the wall.
