A weak front is draped across the Ozarks this afternoon. So far - TopicsExpress

A weak front is draped across the Ozarks this afternoon. So far radar has shown no activity but this may change later on this evening. A few thunderstorms have been forming by Chanute Kansas and this activity may build eastward overnight. Humidity levels are very high today and this will help keep overnight readings in the low to mid 60s. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast for Friday along with a few isolated thunderstorms. The high temperatures are going to be a bit cooler with readings around 80 for much of southern Missouri. North Arkansas which will be south of the front should see readings closer to the mid 80s. Out of the three weekend days Saturday looks to have the best chance for rain and should also be the coolest with highs in the upper 70s. Low to mid 80s return on Sunday and Monday. There are going to be lots of chances for rain on the seven day forecast however the chance for rain each day will be around 30% so this will not be a wash out. Highs should hold in the low to mid 80s with lows in the low to mid 60s.
