A while ago I briefly visited Hylin Cafe to get a coffee and home made muesli bar, last weekend we all visited for breakfast and I can confidently say we all agree that we are happy we did! Hylin is a cool little cafe located on Railway Pde in West Leederville that offers a relaxed and welcoming environment as well as a pleasing variety of food. The café isnt large but has a variety of small and large(r) tables inside the premises, and a few small tables outside. The staff at Hylin were extraordinarily friendly were happy to help with our requests and were prompt with our orders. This weekend our order consisted of: - Eggs on toast - Spanish Beans - Breakfast Wrap - Rasberry and white chocolate muffin (for a little treat to share) - Coffee for everyone All round we were quite pleased with our choices, the conclusions on each meal were - The serving size of Spanish beans was quite large and very satisfying, - The eggs on toast were simple but had small bits of cooked onion and chives on top that added an extra level of taste to a classic breakfast choice, - The breakfast roll (although it looked quite plain, as wraps generally do) was very delicious, and - The Rasberry muffin was a delightful little treat to end our breakfast catch-up. The only down side to this café is there is limited parking in the area and most of it is paid parking. There is however plenty of parking on Cambridge Street which is only a short walk down the road, so you can get your metabolism moving after indulging in a muffin as we all did :) We hope you found this helpful, and we look forward to visiting and reviewing our next café very soon! Happy Breakfasting!!!
