A whole-hearted thank you to Alan Black & Margaret Bonigut for owning, operating, creating, running, and maintaining Maggies Eatery. Just found out they are closing in December… I cant think of a place downtown where you could get such great, hearty, and healthy food. Vegan, vegetarian, excellent quality meat… Great soups. Killer sandwiches… Awesome frozen foods. Theyre still open, if youve never tried Maggies (Hunter between George and Water) I highly encourage you to check it out before its gone…. Thanks Al and Marg. Best of luck as life moves to a whole new stage. You both did such good work. I will have to come and order some food and thank you in person. The end of an era.
