If we continue to depend on technology to do things for us, we will eventually lose the skills necessary to do those things for ourselves. As humans do less and less and become more and more reliant on technology, technology will improve its capacity, and human capacity will diminish. Technological intelligence will surpass human intelligence, and humans will not only be entirely dependent on technology, but also working for technology, instead of technology working for us.
