A wonderful thing happened today: We started selling a new burger, a beautiful Heritage Angus grind from Two Rivers, no hormones, antibiotics, or assorted yuckies. From some small producers in the interior. Combined with our peasant buns from Portafino bakeries and local/ BC fresh condiments our burger is now a thing of pure beauty. More so the Royal Blue Burger which features house brined and smoked back bacon and Blue Cheese Pate. The farthest travelled component on there is the blue cheese and its made by Monks in Quebec. Again a beautiful thing.
