A year ago today I was in the hospital getting IVs hooked up to me and getting ready to be induced. It was a long, but pain free 21.5 hours before my doctor came and told me I was in need of a c-section or else my baby would not survive because her heart rate was dropping too low at a fast rate. I was terrified and crying. My heart was pounding as they took me in for my surgery. All I remember was talking to God and asking him to please let my baby come out strong and healthy. Then 22 mins later I felt a pop, and then heard crying. It was 9:32pm God blessed me with my baby . . My Zurriah Nevaeh Jaelynn Green was born. She was 7 pounds 7 ounces and 17.5 inches long. She was so beautiful and HEALTHY! Zurriah, you are the greatest most precious gift I have ever received. I am so happy daddy and I decided to have a baby! You have changed mommys whole life. I dont know where Id be without you. I know I wouldnt be this happy tho. I am a much better person because of you, baby. I am so blessed to be your mother. Youre so smart and beyond beautiful. Watching you grow up this past year has been an amazing and beautiful experience. You bring my world so much joy, and when Im feeling down you bring me up with your beautiful smile. I love you very much, Peanut. You are my world!! Happy birthday 1st birthday my love.!!! I hope you have fun today. ❤
