A year ago today, the government of Ecuador shut down our sister organization, Fundación Pachamama. Since then, we have been so lucky to work with people like Belen Paez and other partners to reorganize our work in Ecuador, redoubling our commitment to protect the Amazon rainforest with our indigenous allies.
