A year before my mom was diagnosed she was always in pain, we - TopicsExpress

A year before my mom was diagnosed she was always in pain, we spent so much money on private doctors and they couldnt find out what was wrong. Then the last time she went to the hospital before she was diagnosed some lady referred us to a clinic where they later found my mom had cancer Stage 3B, she was devastated, she was scared and angry. But I grabbed her hand and made sure she was okay. I may have not been the most nicest daughter to her because I would get so angry, when she was in pain, I would yell at her call her names and get very angry. I couldnt stand watching her suffer. So time went on she had chemo radiation, a lot of it and pretty much everything, I tried my best taking care of her everyday and towards the end I really started neglecting her because I was scared. Then shes was in and out of the hospital since February of this year, we never knew if the cancer had spread or anything because the doctors would always play dumb. So when things started getting worse I had her put in a home to get the proper scan we needed, only to find out that the cancer had spread and it was now stage 4 I found that out two weeks ago, so we brought her home where she can be with my dad and i. It was definitely very hard, taking care of her and all the changes and how skinny she was, but I guess when she passed it was easy for me because I spent two years of my life with her and I wasnt away from her longer than a week at any time. People may say what they say, throw things in my face and be rude. But all that mattered is her my dad and I knew the truth. She would tell people things about me when she was pissed, but no one was in my shoes I watched my mom die, I was there every step of the way. No words can explain the hurt I feel but I know she is no longer in pain and she is in a better place. Ka Sandra Larsen I love you and Im sure youre looking down on me. My beautiful Angel.
