AAAA Alexeis package arrived today! He sent a yukata and hanhaba obi covered in cherry blossoms. Yukata are informal cotton kimono that require no juban (underkimono); hanhaba are half the width of other obi and shorter in length, which reduces the amount of possible musubi (obi knots) and makes them also informal. Great outfit for a springtime festival or any other casual occasion. Also actually my first yukata because I am a weirdo like that. I was going to do the whole timed camera selfie thing, but then I noticed my mirror still has a silly Desmond valentine from Katsucon taped up. I think that was also from Alexei, actually. So thank you doubly! You have made me a happy person many times.
