AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!! Someone shoot me please!?!? I hate having to deal with technical support ppl. Uhhhh maam you ipad is zapping all your wifi and making your nook not connect to the wifi..... comeon eally?!?! It never slows down my other 20 million devices..... uhhh maam that app is taking so long to download because its a really big file..... umm no miss tech support lady its not. 43 mb is nothing I have document files bigger than than and after 10 mins of downloading I just had a race with my ipad and the ipad downloaded in less than 2 mins plus was a bigger file. So I asked for a supervisor why res maam.... muzak.... click.... oh hell na ring ring Sorry we are closed.... AARRGGHH!!! Oh if that were the only tech issue I had today id have been ecstatic. I bought Aidan two new apps for his leappad. One he has to work to get to multiplication the other I could choose the skills to practice. Ok no biggie. So I d/l the pc program on my desktop. And go to set it up. (ps it dl faster than the nook and its notoriously slow to dl leapfrog things) and all I could see was Seths profile on the leappad. so now I have one unhappy 6 yr old. I may have to delete his profile on which hes beaten several games on and make him start over. All I know is I hate tech support. They are about useless. I just hope leap frog can help me tomorrow so Aidans not too upset. Hes only had it since first week of August.
