AAP Kavundampalayam on its meeting on 10/03/2014 held at AAP Coimbatore District office has resolved in that there will be three teams engaged in campaign activities in the Kavundampalayam state assembly constituency, until a constituency campaign committee is legally formed. The three teams and the responsibilities are a. Fundraisers : • Fund Raising • Finance Management • Office and Logistics • Partnership - Liaisoning with other social groups • Liaison with Government - Police, EC and Legal b. Campaigners: • Campaign strategy and Propaganda • Public Policy - Manifesto (including volunteer training on Manifesto and policies) • Campaign Material • IT / Social Media (Facebook, Twitter & Multimedia Content Creation) • Survey and Research c. Organisers: • Media - Press invite & Press Releases • Membership and Volunteer Management • Constituency support • College and youth coordination • Event & Booth Management Any volunteer who comes in the activities, have to be part of anyone of the above team.
