ABADE PPA Partner Talaya Production Company is a well-established tissue paper company in Hirat. It is planning to expand its current production to include toilet paper in a variety of qualities, ABADE will support the company’s business expansion with the procurement of some equipment like a rewinding machine and pay 20% of the cost of a single roll packing machine. Talaya will pay the remaining 80% and will provide all other equipment needed for this expansion.
