ABOUT WHITTIER :) . What I have realized today, is that I am a very visual person. Over the last few months I have put together the vision in my head of all that Whittier was, and is....the buildings lost, the ones forgotten, and the ones refreshed and in our minds eye, make me who I am. The Town!! Then I see photos of life through the years,,,,Pictures of you in Palm Park pool...riding your new 1958 Schwinn Bike. Playing baseball...cutting up with your friends. Parents. Grandparents family, some here, some gone..but they also ran the streets of Our Hometown..I love ALL OF IT!!! All of it, paints a picture in my mind, of how different we are and yet all the same...To me it is magnificent and a rare opportunity. I thank you all, for that...for sharing your personal photographs and hunting the cosmos for others........AND guess what? You can go home again
