ACCESSING GODS PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE FROM HIS BOOK - Bishop David Oyedepo Every of Gods plan is a covenant. He unveils His plan and at the same time unveils your own part of the plan to commit Him. Our future is clearly painted from the pages of scriptures. Jem 29:11; For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Ish 14:24; The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand: so,God has an established purpose towards us and He bound himself with an oath to fulfil it if only we will do our part to commit Him. There are things written concerning you and me in the book. Prov.29:18; Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Gods great vision for His great people is contain in His book. Gods word is the spiritual mirror that reveals the actual worth of the redeemed.It shows you your status. No destiny can be any more glorious than the seriousness of the person. It takes strange work to experience strange act. If you are not committed to strange work,you cannot access His strange act. In James 1:22-25; But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. The plan of God for your life requires a work to actualise it . There is a part to play to actualise the plan you discovered. Gods word is a spiritual mirror that shows us who we are and when will do our own part,we commit Gods integrity to perform. There is no short cut. You cannot get at God on your terms but on His terms. Gods word is illustrated as water. Prov.27:19; As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man. Eph.5:26; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, Ish.55:1,11;Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. In John 15:3; Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Gods word is a cleasing medium. You can look at yourself from the face of the water of the word and see your picture and then take responsibility to actualize them. God must appear to you this month and all you need is to position yourself. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.1 Corth.2:14. You have to make this month your most spiritual season of your life and then He begins to appear to you from page to page. You are crossing over to the other side of victory this month. There are two pictures from the scriptures I will be showing you now. Number one,every child of God is redeemed a spiritual lion. A lion is a symbol of dominion. So, every child of God is redeemed a spiritual lion for dominion in the race of life. Everything that has been dominating you in form of sickness and disease, failure and stagnation,by the encounter of today,you will begin to dominate them sweatlesly. A lion naturally connotes dominion in the kingdom of beast. Dominion is the capacity to dominate your situation and circumstances, shouting down strangers in your environment, having it the way you want it inspite of your enemies. It is natural for a lion to roar,the roar of a lion send fear down the animals kingdom. The territory of lion is called lions den,no rude animal plays around it.
