ACTS 16:25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, Loved ones, Paul and Silas had just been beaten and put into chains yet nothing could separate them from the Joys of the Holy Spirit! Notice that in trial they worshiped God, then God moved powerfully and many were saved! When we have a close relationship with God and are filled with His Spirit we will worship and praise Him in the good times and the times of pain and suffering. When we worship Jesus with a pure Heart He often shows up powerfully! On any day I will take a room with a few worshipers with pure hearts over a packed church with people going through the motions. Yet I must say that my daughter and I attended a packed house tonight filled with worshipers of our loving Jesus! I know that Jesus attended as well. This is a powerful story of people coming to Jesus and being saved after someone else was persecuted in their presence. I encourage you to read the text. Acts 16:16-34 If we sing when others are suffering we may be a bother! But if we sing when we are suffering others may receive hope! I love you!
