ADMIN - I have today posted off 7 orders..there are NO 2013 pins leftbut I do have 2014 ones..many reserved for those who ordered but have yet to pay..I have 116 such defaulters still on my books and i wil be chasing you all down for payment shortly... I have also sent out our first wreath for the current year..for shipmate John Avis,who, whilst not being a member of the group, comes under our umbrella in that he was a submariner and not a member of the Submarine Association.H e therefore would likely not get any SA recognition by way of wreath etc. I have stated previously that is a long term aim of this group to be able to cover all such deaths whilst funding allows. I am fairly certain that this year will be the first year we can achieve this aim. This group has grown so fast I can hardly believe it..from 2012 when around 100 members bought 208 pins to this year when 1081 members and countless others bought over 4000 pins. Because of this success I have brought in many new admins with experience in website creation, charity work, administration and accountancy. We have a page where we discuss the way forward,soI assure you this is no longer a one man band effort like 2012! Nevertheless, all mistakes and errors remain mine..so if you have a problem please pm me! before next years pin sales start we hope to have a fully functioning website where all orders will be recorded dealt with by myself, louby and the other outstation managers. I can only thank ALL of my team, My wife Pauline included, for their help this year.It is because of them, AND YOU,that we will be able to fulfill so much this year. WE REMEMBER SUBMARINERS is now becoming noticed amongst the higher echelons of the Submarine service, both the serving and retired sides..I hope we can build on this years success for next year.
