ADMINISTRATIVE CORNER: SUBJECT: HOW IMPORTANT IS THE RULES & REGULATIONS & EVEN POLICIES OF THE ASAI AGENCY. TO : ALL SECURITY OPERATIONS OFFICER & ALL SECURITY OFFICERS/ & SECURITY GUARDS ARADA SECURITY AGENCY, INC., (ASAI) THRU : THE ADMINISTRATOR You are hereby to observe and review the Rules & Regulations of the ARADA SECURITY AGENCY, INC., especially the Policies that is important to implement of the authorities concerned especially our Security Operation Officers and Security Officers in order to follow of our security personnel/guards. How do we understand the RULES & REGULATIONS & even the POLICIES of the ASAI Agency as far as Implementations and to strictly follow is concerned of all our security operation officers and security officers? If we talk about procedures we talks about the promulgated to prescribe the guidelines for the conduct of activities of security personnel of concerned security agency etc., or any kind of arrangement in order to ensure the preservation and maintenance of peace and order and the protection of lives threat before, and during etc., as an order which means mandate; precept; command or direction authoritatively given to strictly implement and to follow. With this, there are cases in terms of LEAVE OF ABSENCE for our security personnel that before they have to allow and to approve of how many days or when to start and until when to end is the date of leaved. But they are required to fill up one (1) week before the exact date of leave, the LEAVE FORM provided of the ASAI agency to get it at the ASAI main office without exemption to any security personnel/ guards to strictly follow. But there are exemptions into the Rules & Regulations and even to Policies unless it is an emergency case that is reasonable and excused under the RULE OF LAW. It is why part to discipline our security personnel/or guards as far as our security operation officers and security officers are concerned is important for it is actually to exercise the prompt obedience and proper execution of all orders given by the ASAI Agency which are expected of each security personnel/ or guards.
