Good thought if taken seriously....A Group as ‘Help in Distress’ ( or any appropriate name) in ‘Whatsapp”....when the message sent in Whatsapp by any person in distress , who ever is the member of that group Help in Distress closer to that area /place/location can come to the victims rescue or at the least inform the police or any Law authorities and surely there will be some help coming by sooner than expected...just a small step taken to begin for a ‘‘Better Bangalore” or for that matter any location one needed help, let us not make the location a constraint...” some help is better than no help”
