SITUATION: A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE TOKELAU SOUTHERN OPEN WATERS. >> Tokelau weather systems shows at the moment, mostly cloudy skies increasing with scattered showers as the trough of low pressure continue to move within the vicinity of the Tutolu open. >> Forecast towards midnight tonight, winds from the East turning South-easterly and increasing together with the swells from the South. Cloudy skies increasing with scattered showers heavy at times mostly to the Southern open waters. >>Outlook from after midnight tonight towards morning hours, Winds turning more to the East South-easterly while the swells from the South continues. Cloudy skies continues with scattered showers heavy at times. >> East to Southeast winds of 15 to 20 mph is forecast for tonight. >>Southerly swells of 1 to 2 meter is forecast for tonight.
