A plan that goes back as far as 1989 is all within the pages of a 40 chapter document, that explains thier plans for population sustainability..They do have at least 800 camps known around the US, and others in Canada, Australia and UK. Questions to ask are, what is in these camps that they need to hide, and Why are marines being trained and armed to engage in civil law enforcement activities that violate the First Amendment..
