AIU student has his work published yet agaiAIU student has his work published yet again - July-22-13 Sardar Fayyaz Ul Hassan one of our students in a Doctorate in Linguistics program, has had his work published yet again online at ‘International Journal of English and Education’. His work titled: “Analyzing the Language of Poetry from a Perspective of Linguistics” focuses on the language of poetry from a linguistic point of view. “Poets use language in their compositions according to the concept of foregrounding. The purpose of foregrounding is to attract the attention of the readers. So, they go across the domain of deviation and parallelism which is pattern breaking and pattern making respectively. In other words foregrounding is the action of emphasizing something by means of linguistic devices (literarism.blogspot).
