ALCON- The following Soldiers have yet to sign the Germany DTS voucher that I created on their behalf. Please note that Citibank statements have been sent and the due date on the statement is 6 June 2014. If your Soldiers do not sign within the next day or so there will be no way to have their card paid on time. Some Soldiers that signed Saturday night have already been approved and funds will be distributed within the next few days and yes they are being approved with the $26.00 per day incidental rate. At the bottom are 4 Soldiers that need to resign because they voucher was returned. Issue was fixed; just have them resign. If there are Soldiers that cannot sign from home, they need to go somewhere that allows them to sign. Last resort is for them to complete a DD1351-2 (Paper travel voucher), SIGN and return to me so I can sign DTS on their behalf. I spent many hours making sure each and every one of our Soldiers did not have this function to worry about so now it is time for them to help themselves by signing the document. I apologize for those having DTS issues, noted below...just have them sign a DD1351-2 and send it to me today or tomorrow or they will need to call the helpdesk to have them fix their account.
