*** ALERT ... Your daily Good Morning message *** This mornings message is on courage. Courage is looking fear straight in the eye and saying, Get the hell out of my way, Ive got things to do. We all have fear in our lives, and we all have to determine the best way to deal with it on an individual basis. The only right answer is that which you are comfortable with. Do not be afraid of making a bad choice; the only bad choice is not making one. You know what you nee...d to do to move forward. Go ahead...take that step..and you will be rewarded. Wishing all of you a very nice day. Happy Thursday, my friends. You always hear me talk about my Soldiers. I have dedicated this series to two very special members of this family who will always be my Soldiers-my Veterans. Russell Moses was in the second unit I supported in OIF; he was in the Arkansas National Guard attached to the 44th Chemical Company (CBRN) out of Fort Hood. Edwin J. Zorilla was in my 19th unit; he was in the Connecticut National Guard seving in Afghanistan as part of OEF. Love you, Mo and Edwin. This Gold Star memorial is a living tribute that honors Gold Star Mothers and all family members and friends that have lost a loved one in service. The shrubs and flowers are planted in soil brought from families yards, gardens, and locations where they last saw their loved ones. This memorial is located at The HighGround Memorial Park, Neillsville, Wisconsin. The HighGround is the countrys premier manned Veterans Park; their mission is healing and education. When I was there, they had just started on the Vietnam Veteran Memorial Project. This message is the third of a four-part series; it was originally posted on 20 August 2013.
