ALL BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS ARE GODS ANOINTED All born again Christians are anointed by God and consecrated by God to serve as witnesses of Jesus and proclaimers of the Gospel. There are so many people saying that only certain Christians have a special anointing from God to preach His Word as outspoken people, while all other Christians among the church should remain utterly silent. Some go as far as portraying a caste system among the Church with specially anointed Super-Christians at the top and ordinary Christians at the bottom. The Bible never mentions a caste system that places Christians within the Church into separate anointed and non-anointed classes. Instead, this idea originated from a Gnostic heretic named Valentinus in the Second Century A.D. This heretical doctrine of Valentinian Gnosticism, that Christians are divided into separate anointed and non-anointed classes, still survives to this day among Jehovah’s Witnesses and among certain groups within the Pentecostal Charismatic Movement. The truth is that ALL people who are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, and sealed with the Holy Spirit are Christians (Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 6:11; Ephesians 4:30). ALL born again Christians are anointed and consecrated by God for accomplishing His grand purposes, including proclamation of the Gospel of salvation (2 Corinthians 1:21, 22; 1 John 2:20). All Christians are anointed with the same Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13), so they are not lacking access to any truth which has been revealed by God, as the Holy Spirit teaches each Christian all things necessary for evangelizing the Gospel, for representing Christ, and for successfully living a godly life with holiness (John 14:26; 16:13; Romans 8:13, 14; Ephesians 3:16; 2 Peter 1:3, 4). Most Christians will never become a licensed minister or clergyman that preaches the Gospel from a church pulpit to thousands or millions of people as David Wilkerson did for many years. However, God blesses each and every Christian with a certain type of ministry of a certain size, and God will change their ministry from one kind to another, and from one size to another, as they continue living out their life as a Christian. All born again Christians are anointed by God and consecrated by God to serve as witnesses of Jesus and proclaimers of the Gospel, so dont let anyone deceive you into thinking differently.
