ALS Ice Bucket Challenge accepted by siblings Tim Evangelista and Anjanette Rastrullo (nee Evangelista) as requested by Sister Celeste Encila, contributing to raise awareness of ALS Disease (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). ALS referred to as Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Charcot Disease, and, in the United State, as Lou Gehrigs Disease. It is a neurodegenerative disease of rapid progression, affecting and destroying the motor neurone, ALS impairs the brains ability to control and initiate muscle function, eventually leading to paralysis and immobility of the muscles of the whole body.
