ALS took this incredibly gifted guitarist and crippled him. He had such an amazing future and when he was diagnosed with ALS he couldnt play guitar anymore. Now his father has created a music program where he can still write music using his eye movements. So for anyone busting on people taking the challenge and donating money to the cause just remember it could happen to anybody. Jason Becker played alongside Marty Friedman in Cacophony, and got to play with his hero David Lee Roth when the disease struck. Here he is onstage doing a one handed solo while playing with a yoyo in the other. So much talent.
