AMERICAN CHOUPSEY DOSA Dosa batter - 4, 5 cups Plain Noodles - 200 gm Capsicum - 1 ( length wise chopped ) Onion - 1 ( lengthwise chopped ) Carrot - 1 ( chopped lengthwise ) Cabbage - small piece ( lengthwise chopped ) Spring onion - 1/4 cup ( chopped ) Soya sauce - 1 tbsp Tomato sauce - 2 tbspn Chilli sauce - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - as required Butter / ghee - 2 tbspn Cooking oil - 2 tsp In a pan cook plain noodles with little salt. Once cooked drain the excess water. Add little oil or ghee to prevent it from sticking together. In another pan, add 2 tsp of cooking oil. To this, add chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, and chopped cabbage. Saute well. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Also add little salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Keep it aside. Heat a dosa tawa. Spread a cup full of dosa batter in a circular motion. Sprinkle little butter / ghee on top. Cook dosa in a medium flame. Flip it down the other side. Sprinkle little butter. Flip, turn the top side of dosa. Spread 2 tbsp of noodles on top, then spread the cooked veggies on top and roll the dosa into a cylinder shape. Serve hot with chutney, sambar or ketchup, or serve as it is.. Make it a try, you will all love this, sure... Yummyyyyy... :)
