AMMON — A toddler was pronounced deceased Tuesday afternoon, reportedly after being left in a vehicle. According to a news release, at 5:17 p.m. on Tuesday Bonneville County deputies responded to the 600 block of S. Belle Arbor Drive in Ammon in reference to CPR in progress on Elizabeth Randall, a 21-month-old female who had been left in a vehicle. Paramedics were called to the scene, and CPR was attempted. Randall was taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls where she was pronounced deceased. Detectives are investigating the incident and an autopsy has been scheduled. who the hell leaves a baby on a hot car WTF person should have been put in jail
