AND IT JUST KEEPS ON HAPPENING....NYC EBOLA CONFIRMED. So once again the allowing of health care workers to fly back from west Africa supposedly all clear has resulted in a confirmed case of Ebola. Harlem residence and Doctors without Borders ER doc has been back in his hometown of harlem about a week. The night before he calls in that he has a 103 temp, he takes a cab, goes bowling at a bowling ally with several friends...Tell us again CDC and Feds HOW SAFE WE ARE ? Tell us again how protocols are in place to guarantee that no one that is infected gets into the US...Oh but there is NO cause to be alarmed...certainly not for anyone who touched any of the shared bowling balls he might have used or the isle equipment buttons, bathroom sinks etc..we already know the length time this virus can live on wet surface or dry... but no problem folks says NYC mayor... yet still the President and top officials claim placing a visa ban on any of these doctors or health care workers would only create an underground travel for these locations?? WTF The are also refusing to quarantine any person for the 21 days prior to flying into the country. Thus there is NO way to be sure that these workers or any person from the infected area will not develop the virus as it is in-detectible in the blood until one is symptomatic. Why is it so difficult to accept the FACTS that you cant control nor anticipate anyone;s potential infectious state therefor YOU DONT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE A VISA or fly back to the states until a 21 day PRE flight quarantine is in place..
